Eastchester Conservation Advisory Council
"Operation Storm Drain Stencil" is under way.
In mid-June, local civic, school, and service organizations will gather to stencil our local storm drains. The purpose is to alert would be polluters/dumpers that our community is aware, and is watching. The stencils depict fish and water, and say "Don't Dump, Emptys to River" or "Don't Dump, Empties to LI Sound"
